Joe Rogan is the biggest podcaster in the world right now. Even his critics won’t deny that fact. What started off as an experiment has turned into a phenomenon. Be it Rolling Stone articles written on him or SNL skits mentioning his show, the truth is that there are very few personalities in pop culture right now who are as influencing as Joe Rogan. In the world of podcasting, Rogan is the king!

The Joe Rogan Podcast, or JRE as it is commonly referred to, has millions of subscribers on YouTube and iTunes. Every so often, his YouTube interviews go viral (Remember how his interview with Elon Musk sank Tesla shares by 6%?). But in the end, what has made JRE so popular is Rogan’s simplistic style of interviewing. His interviews are more like two friends hanging out and having conversations. Anyway, if you enjoy his interviews, I am sure, you would like to know what were some of the best JRE episodes this year. So, here it is the list of best Joe Rogan podcasts of 2019.

  1. Theo Von (Jan 15, 2019)

Von is among the funniest comedians. He is quirky but he is also extremely likable. When you listen to this episode, you understand why. You can listen to it here.

  1. Kevin Hart (April 6, 2019)

Hart is known for his quirky sense of humor. Add Joe Rogan to the mix and you get an interesting conversation. You can listen to it here.

  1. Joey Diaz (July 1, 2019)

Diaz is arguably the most popular guest on JRE. And there’s a good reason why. Rogan shares incredible chemistry with him and when the two get together, they light the house on fire. You can listen to it here.

  1. Andrew Yang (Feb 5, 2019)

It’s rare to find a politician who is so honest in his condor and that’s why this episode is a must-listen. You can listen to it here.

  1. Bob Lazar and Jeremy Corbell (June 20, 2019)

You may or may not believe in Lazar’s theories, but you can’t deny the fact that he presents some incredibly compelling arguments about the existence of aliens. Even if you don’t completely buy into his arguments — I didn’t — this episode is very interesting to listen to. You can listen to it here.

  1. Brian Cox (Jan 28, 2019)

Brian Coz is a physicist who is well-known for being the presenter of various science programs, like ‘The Wonder series’, ‘The Quantum Universe’ and ‘Stargazing’, among others. He is an OBE and has also received the Fellowship of the Royal Society. In this episode, he gets into the depth of some of the most baffling questions about the universe. If there is one professor who you need to learn physics from, it is him. A fascinating episode from start to finish. You can listen to it here.

  1. Bill Burr (Sep 9, 2019)

Burr is one of the funniest comedians alive. While I could have gone with any of his episodes on Joe Rogan, this one stands out. You can listen to it here.

  1. Mike Tyson (Jan 17, 2019)

Tyson is uncharacteristically subdued in this episode. I don’t think he has done ever such an honest interview. Probably, he never will again. You can listen to it here.

  1. Edward Snowden (October 23, 2019)

Only Joe Rogan could have pulled off this incredible three-hour-long interview. What is fascinating about this episode is that Rogan hardly speaks and lets Snowden hog all the limelight. And as expected, Snowden loves the uninterrupted platform he is given and goes on long revealing monologues about the superstitious ways the government operates and tracks us. You can listen to it here.

  1. Alex Jones (Feb 17, 2019)

Love him or hate him, but you can’t deny how much fun it is to watch him completely lose his balance. Many will find this episode offensive and non-sensical, but trust me, if you only you switch off the reasoning part of your brain, this might the most fun you will have listening to a podcast.. ever.
