An orphaned boy drops magical crocodile tongues which later grow into a never-ending peach. He finds his new family which is a six insects that help him on his adventure. The book named the same as the movie is written by British author Roald Dahl.

Jane Eyre, a governess, manages to seek out her true love in Edward Rochester, the owner of an old mansion. However, Edward features a dark secret that can destroy Jane’s life forever.
6.Madame Bovary (2014)
With a powerful star cast like Mia Wasikowska, Rhys Ifans and Ezra Miller playing the lead roles, this adaptation of the novel by Flaubert is worth seeing.
7.The Great Gatsby (2013)
Nick Carraway, a WWI veteran who works as a stock exchange trader after settling in NYC, finds himself interested in Jay Gatsby and his flamboyant lifestyle. The movie stars Leonardo DiCaprio, Tobey Maguire, and Carey Mulligan.
8.Mansfield Park (1999)
After shifting with her aunt, Fanny Price bonds with Edmund, her aunt’s son. Later, her uncle tries to market her match with a neighbor but Fanny has other plans. The film is an adaptation of Jane Austen’s novel “‘Mansfield Park”.
Based on the beloved romantic novel of an equivalent name by Austen, this adaptation gives the old tale a comedic twist that leaves you mesmerized.
